Frequently
Asked
Questions
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. Every treatment begins with an assessment of your concerns, medical history and suitability. This also gives you the opportunity to discuss what you would like to achieve and ask any questions before deciding whether to proceed.
I’m not sure which treatment I need — can you help?
Absolutely. You don’t need to know exactly which treatment to book. We can discuss your concerns and recommend suitable options based on your features, goals and clinical suitability.
Do I have to go ahead with treatment after my consultation?
Not at all. A consultation is an opportunity to explore your options and decide whether treatment feels right for you. There is never an obligation to proceed.
Will my treatment look natural?
Our approach is centred around treatments that complement your existing features rather than changing them unnecessarily. Your goals will be discussed beforehand so we can agree on a treatment plan you’re comfortable with.
How far before an event should I book my treatment?
It’s usually better not to have a new injectable treatment immediately before a wedding, holiday or major event. Results and swelling can take time to settle, so we recommend discussing your timeline with us before booking.
Can I have several treatments at the same appointment?
Often, yes, although this depends on the treatments involved and your individual circumstances. In some cases it may be preferable to separate treatments and allow one area to settle before proceeding with another.
What if I have a medical condition or take regular medication?
Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, previous procedures and medications during your consultation or when filling out your consultation form. Certain conditions or medicines may affect whether treatment is suitable or require additional precautions.
Can I have treatment if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
We generally do not carry out elective injectable treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you're unsure whether a particular treatment is suitable, please contact us before booking.
How old do I need to be for treatment?
Our injectable aesthetic treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. Identification may be requested where appropriate.
What happens after my treatment?
You’ll receive appropriate aftercare advice explaining what to expect, what to avoid and when to contact us. Following the aftercare guidance can help support recovery and reduce the risk of complications.
What should I do if I’m worried after treatment?
Please contact us if you have any concerns following treatment. We would always rather you get in touch so we can assess whether what you're experiencing is part of the normal healing process or requires further review.
